We created Bay Solar to specialise in solar installs.

We are passionate about helping kiwis go solar.

We installed solar for seven years under our electrical business, Fitzze Electrical before taking the leap to launch a new solar-only business. Our experience has given us a vast knowledge of solar installations and current industry standards.

As qualified electricians we can also see the big picture of how each solar system ties into the rest of a household’s electrical installation. This allows us to provide high quality advice and service you can count on.

We utilise the experience and knowledge gained from installing over 500 solar systems.

That’s over 2,500 kW of panels installed... and a lot of lessons learnt!
